Making Pizza

Growing up Kelly's family made pizza every Friday night. He wanted to make pizza's with the boys so I made some pizza dough and when he got home, the fun began. We let the boys help make their pizzas first. So we rolled out the dough and let them spread the pizza sauce and put their toppings on. They did a really good job and were very meticulous.

Then it was time for our pizza. Kelly rolled out the dough a little and then tossed it up in the air to help stretch it out. The boys were in awe! They thought it was so cool!

Our pizza turned out really yummy!

After dinner we watched the opening ceremonies of the Olympics and played. The boys wrestled, and even let Mason join in a little. They tackled Mommy and tortured Daddy. Mason sat patiently watching it all and taking it all in, occasionally yelling and screaming out to join in the madness.

We had a great night. I can see why Kelly's family would do it every Friday. It's a lot of fun, and it got all of us cooking and playing together. Something that we don't do enough.
